"Save My Place" is a Navigation utility that lets you record places youve been so you can find them again. It also allows you to email saved locations to your friends, who can open them in their copy of "Save My Place" or in Google Maps.
"Save My Place" will display your current location and your destination on a map so you can easily go back to your favorite places. The program will also use your devices built in compass, if available, to draw an arrow that points you to your destination.

This is exactly what I wanted...finally, a sweet app that lets me save locations!
I got this app to help my video crew and I in identifying and marking specific spots at video locations where we will actually shoot. This app will be used to coordinate the information between everybody. I found that there was an error on a series of adjacent streets, however, please take note that this is an error from Google Earth, not from Save My Place. I hope I can find out how to get Google Earth to correct it. Anyway - Congratulations - Great App!! Check it out everyone!
Save My Place is a very useful app. I think it should become a very famous app
The app has a very good concept and runs very smoothly. It does what it says very well. The suggestion would be a more straightforward UI design. It took a little while to figure out how to use each functionality.
Ive tried and discarded lots of location apps. This one permits saving many locations and guides you back to them. Hiking, biking, favorite spots, or where you parked your car - this is a highly functional app. To save a new location, you need to go to the Maps View. Important to me is that it is quick and easy to use.
Some bad moments
Im not overly impressed with this app. Great concept but Needs work
This app is not useful for iPod touch. I can not search for a location & save it. If I dont have wifi, this app is useless.
Save your money, and look elsewhere. This is not a reliable app. You get what you pay for.
